Our Shipping Policy:
At Tiber Outfitters, we aim to be your trusted partner for all your fishing needs, no matter where you are in Canada or the United States. We understand that once you've chosen your gear, you want it in your hands as quickly as possible. That's why we've developed a shipping policy that's designed to be fast, efficient, and cost-effective.
Fast Processing:
Place your order, and we'll jump into action! We strive to ship your order within 48 hours, seven days a week. In many cases, if you order early in the day, we'll get your package on its way to you by the end of the next business day.
Coverage:
We're pleased to offer shipping to customers both in Canada and the United States. However, please note that for orders to territories in Canada (Nunavut, NWT, Yukon) or special territories in the US (like the islands, including Hawaii), flat rate shipping may not apply due to additional logistics costs. Please contact us directly so we can work out the best possible shipping arrangement for you.
Delivery Time:
Once we've shipped your order, you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 days if you're in Canada. Orders to the U.S. typically arrive within 3-8 days, but this may vary depending on border processing times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
International shipping outside Canada and the US:
Generally speaking, we do not ship overseas. Please get in touch if you'd like a custom quote.
Customs and Duties:
U.S. customers, please note that you are responsible for any import and border customs fees. This is entirely out of our control. It's a fee your own government charges you.
Cost of Shipping:
We understand that shipping costs can add up, especially when you're ordering from Canada. That's why we offer flat rate shipping fees. Even though this often costs us more than we charge you, we're happy to bear this cost to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience.
Large Orders:
Placing a large order? If your order exceeds $75, shipping is free whether you are based in Canada or the USA (excluding oversized items).

Local Delivery:
Local delivery in Okanagan Falls, Kaleden, Penticton, and Summerland is free regardless of the order size.
Local delivery to Osoyoos, Oliver, Keremeos, Peachland, Kelowna, Lake Country, and other towns within 80 km of Penticton is free for orders over $150 (before taxes). For smaller orders, a $10 local delivery fee will apply.
