At Tiber Outfitters, we put you - our treasured customer - at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes things might not turn out as expected, and that's why we provide a worry-free, 14-day return policy.
How it Works:
Once your order arrives, you've got two weeks to decide if it's right for you. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, let us help make it right. Your item should be in the same condition as when it arrived - unused and with its tags attached. Keep the original packaging intact and hold on to your order confirmation email as your proof of purchase. No restocking fees apply.
Starting a Return:
Simply email us at info@tiberoutfitters.ca to initiate a return. After your return request is approved, we'll guide you on how to package and where to send your return. To ensure smooth processing, please refrain from sending items back without making a return request. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping back the item(s) to us unless the item(s) arrived damaged or malfunctioning.

If you spot any issues with your order, such as a defective or wrong item, contact us right away. We'll swiftly assess the situation and rectify it for you.
Special Cases:
Certain items, like custom-made pieces, perishable goods, personal care items, and items labeled as final sale or used, are excluded from our return policy. Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable. If you're uncertain about whether your item can be returned, we're here to help. Just get in touch.
Exchanging Items:
To get the item you desire swiftly, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new one.
Receiving Your Refund:
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
